Responsibilities
As a badminton coach, my job was to design and implement lesson plans that were fun, easy to follow, and effective at improving the skills of the athletes. I was to collaborate with other coaches to manage large classes.
Coaching required high levels of responsibility and professionalism. I needed to be a strong leader who could keep things under control whilst also maximizing success.
Results
- Successfully led classes of up to 20 students as a head coach.
- Coached groups of students of various ages from Kindergarten to Grade 10.
- Received very positive reviews from parents.
- Designed and ran my own lesson plans which improved the skills of students.
